The FAQ

Who can attend the Forum?

Anyone may ask. Attendance is by credential and places are limited, so everyone registers the same way — through the public request form — and NAIA staff review every request case by case. NAIA members register on that same form and declare their membership on it; there is no separate portal or sign-in. Sponsors' delegations are seated directly by NAIA staff. Press credentials are handled separately through press@newindustrials.org.

How does the request form work?

It is free and takes a few minutes. NAIA reviews requests on a rolling basis against a limited number of places, and every one is approved by hand rather than automatically. There is nothing to pay at any point — attendance is free, and no charge is ever made. You hear back by email.

Can I change my sessions after registering?

Yes, until September 7th. Return to your registration at any time before the Forum to adjust which sessions you plan to attend. Plenary sessions are open to all credentials and do not require selection.

Is the program final?

No. The agenda is subject to change; the schedule published here is the working order of proceedings, and the final program is distributed on arrival.

Can my company sponsor the Forum?

Yes! We have multiple sponsorship and demo booth opportunities. If you are interested in becoming a sponsor or exhibiting at the Forum, please email forum@newindustrials.org for more details.

Accessibility & accommodations

The venue is step-free throughout and the program floor is served by elevator. To request accommodations — mobility, ASL interpretation, assistive listening, dietary needs, or anything else — note it in the accommodations field on your registration, or write forum@newindustrials.org at least ten days before the Forum. Every request is handled by the summit desk in confidence.

Press credentials are handled separately through press@newindustrials.org.
